Alpha TCS : starting a specific version

Generally it will be sufficient to start the default version of the TCS with the START option. On occasion it may be necessary
to start another version, perhaps for testing or because a problem has been found with a recently introduced version and it's
necessary to run the old version.

   The procedure is:

    0) TCSEXIT to shutdown the TCS (if necessary).
    1) Log into the appropiate TCS alpha with usual id and password (as usual)
    2) Type VERSION to see list of  available releases
    3) Type name of TCS release  (e.g. W29-0-0)
    4) Check that the new release is shown by the START option
    5) Type START

Note that if you restart the TCS, it will restart the default TCS not the last version selected.

Note for computing group:  The default version is specified in a file on the ics/observing system: e.g. /wht/etc/tcs_version.wht
In case that the partition is not mounted on Alpha, the TCS has a local definition in the tcs account:  e.g.
            [wht_login.version]defaults.com
