Disconnecting Telnet

Use this troubleshooting procedure once you have performed a telnet session, observed the results, and now need to disconnect the telnet session.

Procedure

1. Press Ctrl-] (hold down the Ctrl key and press the ] key).
2. At the telnet prompt, enter: 

quit 

3. Choose Back to return to the next step in  the Master Troubleshooting Process.
