A few bits we need for SLB systems and network:

SWIFT 9GB disk + cable	£1800

DLT backup device ( Storage works DLT-2000 )	£4500
2 extra FORE-systems 24 port UTP modules	£7000
1 spare FORE systems chassis + power supply + network mgt module + 24 port module + 100BaseT card	£6000
Dial-up Shiva LanRover plus with 8 modem cards	£6000

If we get the DLT device you should get one for the ORM as well so we can exchange tapes and have redundancy if needed.

The FORE UTP modules are to allow requested expansion, the spare is to be prepared for failures.
