Daytime Support
For assistance on computer problems that may have some impact observing, please contact any member of the CFG. However the CFG does operate a Duty Roster and this should be consulted in the first instance. The Duty Roster covers the SLO as well as the ORM.
Night time Support
The CFG do not operate an on-call procedure for night time support and thus we cannot guarantee to overcome problems that occur out of working hours. However, we will do our best to assistance depending on our availability. For assistance on urgent computer problems during the night or during the weekend which could impact on observing please call a member of the night time staff who will assist in first instance. Alternatively, any member of the CFG may be contacted at home.
