Direct imaging

The procedure for direct imaging observations is the same as for ordinary imaging instruments.

• Select the position angle required on the telescope rotator
• Acquire your target on the acquisition reference position using the direct view TV.
• Find a guide star and start autoguiding
• Select the required filter
