Controls the position of the Red beam Hartmann shutters.

Format: RHART <position>

Examples: RHART 1
RHART BOTH_IN

Range: 0 to 3, with named equivalents.

Comments: Valid parameters are a number in the range 0 to 3; BOTH_IN ( 3); LEFT_IN ( 2); RIGHT_IN ( 1) and BOTH_OUT ( 0).
