Comments: Lists observations in RUN_FILES and SCRATCH_FILES. If the storage area for scratch files has been changed during the night ( i.e. the logical name SCRATCH_FILES has been redefined), previous scratch-areas will not be searched. Normal DCL qualifiers to the DIRECTORY command ( e.g. /DATE, /SIZE) are accepted.
