Simulate an action or actions within a RAT.
Format: RAT_SIM <channel> <task> <action> <state>
Channel: The name of the data-acquisition channel.
Task: The task on which actions are to be simulated.
Action: The action to be simulated.
State: ON or OFF.
Examples: rat_sim aux dms * on
Queuable: No.
Comments: This command switches on or off simulation of one or more actions. The wildcard * may be given for the task name, the action name or both. The three levels of simulation controlled by rat_sim * *, rat_sim <task> * and rat_sim <task> <action> are cumulative.
