focusrun: make a multi-spot focus frame

Function:

focusrun generates a frame on each of the WFC CCDs in which multiple exposures have been made; the telescope is stepped in focus and position between each exposure.

A GUI is displayed:

The frames are saved as archived runs.

Usage:

Before using focusrun, the telescope must be tracking and the guide loop must be open.

Now start the GUI:

   focusrun &

Set the parameters of the focusrun in the entry fields and start the run with the left-hand button. When the run finishes, you can repeat it with new parameters if necessary. Changing the entry fields during a run does not affect the behaviour of the current run.

Notes and caveats:

Due to an error in the focus control of the TCS, a focus move of ~0.01mm or less will never complete, causing focusrun to hang; it will time out after three minutes. This problem can also affect you if the first demanded focus happens to be where the focus is currently sitting.
