smartflat: predict exposure times for sky flats

Function:

smartflat uses the autoguider to predict the exposure time required to get 20,000 sky counts per pixel on the science CCDs.

A GUI is displayed:

The predicted exposure time is updated every 10 seconds.

Usage:

Before using smartflat, the autoguider must be framing. Set it to image the centre of the autoguider CCD:

   guide on pixel 1032 512

Now start the GUI:

   smartflat &

Pushing the left-hand button issues the command flat 6.2 "Flat field" (in this case).

Notes and caveats:

You need to allow smartflat to poll at least twice after shutter or filter movements to get a reliable prediction.
