The ING Hale-Bopp Campaign

• This Z filter image was taken by John Telting (ING), Claudio Moreno (ING) and Peter Sorensen (ING) on March 1 at 6:35 UT with William Herschel Telescope. Two dusty shells are very visible. Field size is 1.5 arcminutes per 1.4 arcminutes.
• The 28th February saw first images of Hale-Bopp obtained at 2.5m-INT. Images of Hale-Bopp through the RGO-U filter, RGO-B filter and Harris R filter were taken by by Pilar Ruiz-Lapuente, Saul Permutter, and Nic Walton during morning twilight after a night of a normal observational programme.
