Dear Colleague,   

To encourage proposals for larger time allocations, both single-semester
and long-term, on the WHT, the PATT application form has been modified 
to allow a two-page scientific justification FOR WHT PROPOSALS OF SIX OR
MORE NIGHTS. Please ensure you have the latest versions of the stylefiles 
and templates, available by anonymous ftp from the ING:


      ftp to ftp.ing.iac.es
      Login as user anonymous and give your email address as password.
      Then: ftp> cd pub/lpinfo/stylefile and extract the seven files:
      ftp> mget *



Note that ALL ING PATT applications should be submitted directly to the 
ING by email:

      ingpatt@ing.iac.es
