 Notes:                                                                    
 1. The proposals marked with a prefix (R) are now more than one year old, 
    and have subsequently been retired. Applicants must resubmit their     
    SERVICE application if they want their programme to continue.          
 2. Some of the proposals appear to have more than the nominal 3 hrs spent 
    on them. This may be due to factors such as poor conditions requiring  
    a little longer to be spent to reach the required signal levels, or    
    technical problems halting the exposures. Time spent generally reflects 
    start to finish times, not on-sky exposure hours.
