Allows the zoomed area on the buffer 3 (EEV3) image display to be moved.
Format: ZM
Comments: Allows the user to move the zoomed area around in the
buffer 3 image. The rectangle can be moved with the
mouse, pressing 
on the mouse changes the
zoomed area to the current area of the rectangle.
Pressing the return key exits from ZM.
