dasreset: restart the DAsS

Purpose:

dasreset restarts the data-acquisition sub-system (DAsS) after failures. The programs running each data-acquisition channel - the tasks DASn, n = 0..7 - are closed down and restarted and the image-acquisition equipment (the `FOX rack' and `Data-Cell interface') is reset.

dasreset is a much quicker solution than restarting the entire observing-system for problems that are obviously local to the DAsS. The most common example is when the system reports that the image-capture interface has `flooded'. If system displays indicate that some of the DAsS tasks are missing, then dasreset should be able to reload them.

Usage:

   dasreset

Caveats:

dasreset interrupts data acquisition for all detectors on the telescope and looses the images from any detectors currently reading out.
