CAMAC

The CAMAC branch crate is intended for private instruments as well as common user ones. If you want to use CAMAC in this way please consult the local staff or those at Herstmonceux. They will advise on what is or isn't possible and make sure that nothing is done to prejudice the common user instruments. Before removing or inserting a CAMAC module always

1. Close Down the PE3210
2. Switch off CAMAC crate
3. Remove or insert modules, then
4. Switch on CAMAC
5. Warmstart the 3210
6. When all discs marked on, SIGNON as required.
