filter: deploy a filter in the INT WFC

Purpose:

filter deploys one filter into the telescope beam. The telescope focus is adjusted to compensate for the difference in optical thickness between the filter previously deployed and the new filter.

Usage:

   filter filter-name
where filter-name is the name of the filter to be deployed as shown on the WFC GUI. The command can be invoked from the WFC GUI by clicking on a filter name.

Example:

Deploy the Harris V filter:

   filter Vh

Notes and caveats:

Filter names are case-sensitive (necessary to distinguish broad-band V from medium-band v etc.). Filters can also be invoked by their position in the wheel, a number from 1 to 6 inclusive. The mapping of loaded filters to positions changes at each restart of the filter-wheel server program.
