startobssys: start the data-acquisition system

Function:

This command, when entered on the console of the data-acquisition computer, starts the server programs of the DAS.

Usage:

   startobssys

Notes and caveats:

The command obssys must be given before startobssys.

startobssys issued to the data-acuisition computer is a different command to startobssys issued to the system computer.

As the DAS loads it will issue progress messages for each channel such as:

   Loading DAS1
   NOTICE: rgofox0:	Memory locked: 17735680 bytes @ f8368020 for minor 1
   ##DAS1: I'm ready serve detector `A5506-4'.
