dasload: load the DAS

Function:

dasload spawn the DAS servers into a named computer and establishes communications links back to the system computer. Any DAS programs already running in the target machine are closed down first.

Usage:

   dasload node

where node is the name of the target machine.

This command is normally reserved to the system start-up scripts, but it can also be used to restart the DAS after a failure.
