The PNS DAS scripts

The PNS DAS scripts can be obtained as a tar file here. Unpack the tar file from the home directory of whtobs on the DAS control computer (taurus). The scripts should appear in the subdirectory /home/whtobs/pns/ . To install the commands, issue the following from the SYS> prompt on the "DAS central intelligence window": source pns/aliases . The following commands are then available:
window set window parameters of PNSL and PNSR CCDs
smallwindow    choose small 100x100 windows for quick-look
expose expose time "title" for science exposures
fluxstd fluxstd time "title" for flux standards
focus integrate on both ccds for 300 s during tel focus run
arcs arc exposure; tells you to switch lamps on and off.
flats internal flats exposure; tells you to switch lamps on/off.
finishpns end both arms' integrations and read out simultaneously.
The two windowing commands have been known to crash the DAS - use with caution.
