INGRID Broad Band Filters


INGRID has five broad band filters available for observations at Cassegrain and Nasmyth (for ELECTRA/NAOMI) foci.  All filters were purchased in collaboration with the Gemini filter buying consortium (headed by Alan Tokunaga) and are specified for adaptive optics observations unless noted. Important note: the filter transmission curves as presented below were measured at room temperature. The actual centre wavelengths at the operational temperature of INGRID are shifted 10-20 nm shortwards. Follow the links in the first column of the table for information on the individual filters.
