The ING telescopes from the air

This picture shows and overview of the area at the Observatorio de Roque de los Muchachos where the ING telescopes are situated. From left-to-right on the picture are shown: the Isaac Newton Telescope, the Jacobus Kapteyn Telescope, the Mercator Telescope (artist's impression), the Liverpool Telescope (artist's impression; still to be constructed), the William Herschel Telescope, and the Carlsberg Automatic Meridian Circle.
The small builings towards the centre of the picture are the transformer house, emergency generators, diesel storage tanks and the liquid nitrogen production plant.
