EEPROM Checksums
Initial uDAS commissioning used EEPROMS with the following checksums (as
calculated using the DATAMAN programmer)
Timing EEPROM : dated 19/4/99 = $6D489B
Utility EEPROM 0 : dated 21/03/00 = $7ADB0B
Utility EEPROM 1 : dated 21/03/00 = $7AF730
Utility EEPROM 2 : dated 21/03/00 = $7A438C
N.B. Newer controllers ( >= number 16
) have have new revisions of the power control boards. These will not power
up with the old-style util eeprom code. The code has been modified to include
an extra delay that fixes the problem (the decoupling caps are much larger
and the bus voltages take longer to stabilise as a result). The new code
is entirely compatible with older controllers. The checksums are as a result
completely different
